Part 1: The What of Business—Understanding the H5 Key Departments

The second part of the H5 Online Business Courses focuses on the practical aspect of success – how to implement the H5 methodology from vision to outcome succession management. Participants will learn how to leverage the strategic methods and understandings gained in Part 1 to significantly improve their business performance.

At the end of the H5 course, students will be able to:

  • Identify and tap into elements of perspectives and performances you would not even imagine. From Vision to Outcome Identified.
